Dates of the Symposium

EuroEnviro2017 will be held on 21-27 of May.

Who can apply?

Participants of the EuroEnviro2017 will be international students from Universities or recent graduates from all over Europe. We welcome everybody to apply. Our team will make an effort to include a wide variety of people with different nationalities, study fields, ethnics and socioeconomic backgrounds.

How much does it cost?

The participation fee of 190€ includes food, accommodation, participation in the academic and social program for the whole week. If you do not require accommodation during the week the participation fee is 140€.

Details:

Accommodation

All of the participants joining us from outside of Rimini will be hosted by the Jammin’ Hostel, number 1 ranked by Trip Advisor on its category and located 2 minutes from the seaside .

The cost is included in the participation fee. If you wish to stay in a single room or extend your trip before or after the official dates, we will assist you. Additional costs will be at the expense of the participants.

Food

Breakfast will be provided by Jammin’ Hostel, lunch-boxes will be 100% vegan and prepared by our partner Loving Hut Vegan Cafe.  For dinner you will appreciate the Italian gastronomy in several ways!

We will accommodate any dietary restrictions you might have, just let us know in the application form.

Transportation

Rimini is not a big city, indeed all our but it can boast an efficient urban transport network and public services for those who wants Moving around the city.

– Train:

Every district of Rimini has its own railway station and every hour train departs from each of them, going to the city’s central railway station.

– Buses:

Rimini has two important bus services – Route Nos. 4 and 11. The first one covers the entire northern coast of the city, while the second – the southern coast. Buses on these routes run along the coasts every 15 minutes, starting from 5:30 am until 2 am.

Getting to Rimini

As a participant you are responsible for your own transportation to Rimini, we will wait for you at the Hostel!

We want you! If you want to be part of the amazing group of people who organize this year’s  EuroEnviro, we welcome you with all our hearts. We need people to welcome our lecturers, run with microphones, take pictures, carry stuff, guide our participants, set-up the final exhibition and much more. We expect volunteers to spend approximately 15 hours between May 21-27th – 2017; you choose which days you are available.

As a volunteer you will get:

  • Free access to the open lectures
  • An official EuroEnviro certificate in recognition of your contribution
  • An invitation to the closing ceremony
  • An opportunity to meet students from all over Europe
